High Power Single Mode Laser Diodes

    The Intense Series 6000 are very high brightness, single mode 830nm lasers with up to 200mW of kink-free power. These high beam quality lasers have low astigmatism and a Gaussian far field. Manufactured using Intense's patented Quantum Well Intermixing (QWI) technology, the Intense Series 6000 are among the most reliable high power, single mode lasers in the industry, with more than 11 million hours of device operation at 25°C.

    The Intense Series 6100 are very high brightness, 980nm single mode lasers with up to 200mW of kink-free power. These high beam quality lasers have low astigmatism and a Gaussian far field. They are available in a wide selection of industry standard paackages, including 5.6mm, 9mm and C-mount.

    The Intense series 4000 diode lasers are single mode index guided quantum well structures.  The lasers provide high power, low astigmatism, and narrow spectral width with a single spatial mode Gaussian far field.  Standard packages for these lasers include 5.6mm and 9mm with monitor photodiode.

    The INSlam S is a compact and flexible single mode laser imaging module designed for demanding applications in the industrial, defense, and aerospace marketplace where fine control of high precision energy is required. It uses a monolithic single mode laser array with up to 100 elements for precise delivery of optical energy, reducing complexity and delivering unrivalled cost savings and significant increases in reliability.

  • DLAM™ Photo: DLAM 200

    The DLAM200 is a 1½" wide 203dpi laser array module designed for use in direct printing and coding systems where chemically assisted marking can remove the need for costly and messy consumables. Multiple modules can be linked together to give a wide print head with a small form factor, allowing printing at speeds greater than can be achieved with bulky and expensive CO2 systems. The end result is enhanced performance and reduced costs.
